Internet Kadai Return and Refund Policy
Internet Kadai is a Super App that allows users to order various products, including food, groceries, fashion, and electronics. Here's what you need to know about our return and refund policy:
Returns and Concerns:
We strive to provide our customers with the best quality products and service.
 * Perishable Items (Food, Fresh Produce): If you are not satisfied with your order due to damage, spoilage, contamination, or incorrect items, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
 * Non-Perishable Items (Fashion, Electronics, Groceries): Return and exchange policies for these items are subject to the individual vendor's terms. Please check the specific product listing. If the item is faulty or incorrect upon delivery, please notify us immediately.
Refunds:
If you cancel your order before it is processed (i.e., before the vendor starts preparation/picking), we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used to place the order. If an issue with your delivered order results in a refund (as per the eligibility below), we will issue the refund to the original payment method.
Refund Process:
Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider processing times. If you paid through Cash on Delivery, we will issue the refund through an agreed-upon electronic payment method (e.g., wallet, bank transfer).
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are eligible only in the following scenarios:
 * If you cancel the order before it is processed by the vendor.
 * If the product delivered is damaged, spoiled, contaminated, or faulty upon arrival (time limits apply).
 * If you receive the wrong order or an incorrect item.
 * If you do not receive your order at all.
