Internet Kadai Delivery Policy
Internet Kadai is a Super App that allows users to order various products, including food, groceries, fresh produce, fashion, and electronics, and have them delivered to their location. Here's what you need to know about our delivery policy:
Delivery Areas:
We currently offer delivery services in Thirumayam and the surrounding 15km area. When placing your order, you will be prompted to enter your delivery address to confirm if we deliver to your specific location within this radius. If we don't deliver to your area, we apologize for any inconvenience and are continually evaluating opportunities to expand our service coverage.
Delivery Times:
We strive to provide timely delivery services to our customers. Delivery times may vary based on the item type (e.g., food preparation time vs. grocery picking), the time required by our vendors, and the distance to your location. We provide an estimated delivery time when you place your order. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as high order volume, traffic, or weather conditions.
Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees may vary depending on your location, the total value of your order, and the specific delivery policies of the vendor or category. When placing your order, you will be shown the precise delivery fee associated with your order. Please note that delivery fees are generally non-refundable, even if you cancel your order after preparation or picking has begun.
Delivery Instructions:
When placing your order, you will have the option to provide delivery instructions to the driver. This can include information about how to access your building, specific directions for finding your location, or drop-off preferences. Please note that our delivery partners will do their best to follow your instructions, but we cannot guarantee that they will be able to do so in all circumstances.
Delivery Confirmation:
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation email or notification through the app. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the designated delivery location to avoid any delays or issues, particularly for temperature-sensitive items like food and fresh produce.
Missing or Incorrect Orders:
If you believe that your order is missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and work with the vendor and delivery partner to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible through the app. The ability to cancel depends on the product:
 * Food/Fresh Items: If the restaurant or vendor has already started preparing or picking your order, cancellation may not be possible.
 * General Merchandise/Fashion/Electronics: Cancellations are generally possible before the item is handed over to the delivery partner.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may be subject to a processing fee depending on the circumstances of the cancellation or return.
