INTERNET KADAI – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Internet Kadai website and mobile application (“Platform”). By accessing or using Internet Kadai, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Information

a. The Platform is owned and operated by Internet Kadai, an Indian e-commerce Super App.

b. Internet Kadai allows users to browse, purchase, and receive delivery of a wide range of products within Thirumayam and its surrounding 15km area.

c. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including buyers, vendors/service providers (if applicable), and visitors.

d. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Accounts

a. To place orders or access certain features, you must create an account on Internet Kadai.

b. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.

c. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

d. Internet Kadai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

3. Orders and Payments

a. To place an order, you must select your products and proceed to checkout.

b. The final amount, including taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before confirming the order.

c. Currently, only Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as a payment option. [Note: Update this if you offer online payments]

d. Once an order is confirmed and preparation/picking has begun, modification or cancellation may not be possible (please refer to our Refund Policy).

e. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Internet Kadai or the respective vendor.

4. Delivery Service

a. We deliver products within our specific service area: Thirumayam and up to 15km surrounding areas.

b. Delivery times may vary depending on product category (e.g., food preparation, grocery picking) and distance.

c. Internet Kadai is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, traffic disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

d. Please inspect the order upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within the time frame specified in our Return Policy.

5. User Conduct

a. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

b. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

c. You agree not to access or attempt to access any restricted areas of the Platform without authorization.

d. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

a. All content on the Platform—including logos, images, product descriptions, software, and design—is the intellectual property of Internet Kadai or its licensors.

b. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

Internet Kadai reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform, and continued use constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
